We implemented the fixturing system of the three-jaw chucks for the professional fixturing systems. With the needed adjustments offers dk now jaw chucks for the requirements of the tactile and optical measurement. The special detail of the jaw chuck is the possibility of the internal and external fixture, which guarantee a full accessibility to all areas of the workpiece and a quick and easy positioning.
The dk precision jaw chuck differ to normal jaw chuck through the following points:
- Clamping force
Contrary to the clamping for processing of workpieces the clamping force in tactile and optical measurement have to be very low, so there is no deformation who values incorrect measurement - Weight
The dk jaw chucks starting from 80 mm with a lightweight aluminum housing, because they have primarily a ergonomic and easy handling. - Functionality
dk offers also filigree precision jaw chucks with 34 mm to 65 mm with reversible „Pin-Backen“, who allow the maximum contour for the tactile and optical measurement. - Integration in modular systems
The major interfaces from dk jaw chucks is the SWA39. The jaw chucks are integrated in the world of the fixturing systems.
