- Integrated T-slot for redesigning the rest angle or expansion to more complex base rail layouts
- T-slot as a mount for a wide range of attachable base, structural, adjustment, support and clamping elements
“Fast Reassembly Lifelong” also and particularly applies to SCHIENENFIX, which not only fully integrates the SWA39 parts via standard interfaces, but also offers interfaces for the SWA5 and SWA8 quick-change adapter systems. dk only supplies rigid angles milled from solid material or Plexiglas plates with tapped holes if very special parts require them or if special processes are improved by them. Interchangeable pallet systems to set-up outside the machine for measuring other identical or completely different test parts are available in many variants with all conceivable workpiece carriers. dk FIXIERSYSTEME developed and standardised these efficient interchangeable systems as part of the SPANNFIX range from the conception of optical measurement technology.

Articulated arms
Progressively clamping articulated arm stand for simplest positioning with maximum stability. Mechanical clamping principle for durably high clamping forces.

Rotary unit with fine adjustment and indexing
Free rotating spindle, indexing every 30° and can be clamped at any rotary angle. With SWA 5 connection for many clamping elements such as mini chucks and small-parts clamps. Position of increments and horizontal spindle position can be finely adjusted.

Quick-change pallet system
Pallets with T-slot and M6 threads for mounting diverse clamping modules. For reproducible positioning the pallets can be set against a square and held there using spring fingers or toggle clamps.
